*Notes: We require a minimum of 4 hours of rental time for The Venue @ LEC and 2 hours minimum for the Learning Center. Events must end by 10PM.

Please provide an estimated timeframe for the rental of the space, including the start time when the first person will enter the building for decoration/rehearsal/setup, and the end time when all the event materials are packed up and the last person departs.

Event Technical Needs

The Venue rental fee includes the services of one professional audio/visual technician to assist with equipment setup and operation. In cases where additional technical expertise is required, an extra fee will be added to cover the services of a second A/V technician, should it be necessary.

In-house videography and live streaming services available upon request. Please inquire for a custom quote.

Use of LED Screen for Presentations or Media
If your event will include multiple media elements—such as PowerPoint or Keynote presentations, video playback, or scrolling announcements—use of our LED screen is available. In these cases, we will schedule an additional technician to manage transitions and ensure smooth operation.

We also provide 6' x 2' training tables, ideal for various purposes such as merchandise displays, buffet arrangements, memorial tributes, check-in stations, gift presentations, etc. Our standard rental package includes the use of 5 tables, with an additional fee applicable for any additional tables needed.

While a Venue Coordinator is included with your rental, you may choose to add a dedicated maintenance staff member to assist with cleaning needs such as spills, restroom upkeep, and other on-the-spot issues that may arise.

Support Our Benevolence Fund
Your small contribution can make a big difference. By rounding up your event total to the nearest dollar, you’ll be helping individuals in our community who don’t qualify for traditional assistance through Harvest House. These funds support graduates as they transition out of our programs, provide essentials for new shelter clients, and assist community members with urgent needs such as appliances, gas, meals, or personal care items.
